This Breath Awareness class is a gentle introduction to breathwork, combined with progressive muscle relaxation, to help you reconnect with a calmer, more grounded state.
In this session, you’ll be guided through a small number of simple, powerful breathing techniques designed to help you:
💜 Calm anxiety and racing thoughts
⭐ Reset your nervous system
💜 Improve focus and mental clarity
⭐ Feel more present and in control of your state
You’ll also experience progressive muscle relaxation — a deeply soothing practice that gently releases physical tension from the body, helping you shift from “on edge” to deeply relaxed.
This is not about doing it perfectly.
It’s about learning how to feel safe in your body again.
Everything is guided step-by-step in a calm, supportive space, making this class perfect for beginners or anyone looking for practical tools to manage stress and overwhelm.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a simple toolkit you can use anytime — at home, at work, before sleep, or whenever life feels a little too much.
