Breathe & Move Workshop

Welcome to the Breathe & Move Workshop happening at BODYBAR Pilates - Vinings on October 18th, 2025 at 1:30pm (Eastern Time)! Join us for a rejuvenating session where we'll focus on mindfulness, movement, and relaxation led by YourMove. Take a break from your busy schedule and treat yourself to an afternoon of self-care that will teach you tools to carry with you in life and future workouts. No experience necessary, just come as you are and be ready to breathe, stretch, and unwind.
