It can help reduce stress and can help you relax. It can improve core muscle strength. It improves your body’s ability to tolerate intense exercise.
Breathwork can also aid healing processes. It helps to regulate a nervous system that has been in fight, flight, fawn or freeze due to past experiences.
This is your chance to discover it for yourself!
You will be guided by a certified NLP Life Coach and Certified Transformational Breath Facilitator.
The session will take place on Windy Ridge in Karen. House number to be shared upon confirmation.
