Step out of the noise of everyday life and into a nourishing space where you can reconnect with your inner compass and listen for what is quietly ready to emerge.


This half-day Breathwork and somatic healing retreat invites you to gently pause, to go within and discover the parts of you ready for more aliveness.
As we emerge from the underworld, from our hibernation and winter reflection, we welcome the light and move towards visioning, dreaming and embodied becoming.


Through a guided breath journey, embodied inquiry, and deep nervous-system nourishment, you’ll be supported to explore the wisdom of your body, release what has been quietly weighing on you, and honour the thresholds you’ve crossed.

Welcome to a deeply nourishing space to step out the noise, soothe your nervous system and rediscover your aliveness.

Join us for a transformative journey inward — a sacred space where all parts of you are welcome.


This retreat is for those who feel the quiet pull toward something new. For the ones who sense a shift within but haven’t yet found the space to truly listen to it. For anyone moving through a season of transition, reflection, or gentle awakening, and who longs to reconnect with the wisdom of the body and the breath.

Held in a cocoon of safety and presence, you’ll move through reflective prompts that awaken clarity, gratitude, and self-trust, making space for both the aches and the blessings of the past few months and opening a pathway for something new. Somatic practices will help you soften emotional residue and reconnect with the parts of you calling for tender attention.
As the session unfolds, expect a sense of spaciousness, renewal, and magic — a feeling of returning home to yourself. You’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more rooted, carrying forward intentions shaped not by pressure, but by inner knowing.

We'll be bringing in an inner atmosphere of curiosity and exploration around how to soften out of striving and into a more grounded, intentional way of moving forward. We'll explore through reflection and visioning what is ready to take root and how intention can move into form.
We will explore some gentle somatic practices to be with our bodies - thoughts, emotions, sensations - to access safety, connection and compassion within.
Drawing upon the medicine of the season and the breath, we'll be inviting in an experience of spaciousness, ease and peace, nurturing the thread that weaves together mind/ body/ spirit. With the breath you will have the opportunity to process and release the residue of these past few months, leaving behind what has since expired and bringing in what you need most in this next chapter.
Then a fully immersive, guided Breathwork journey, allowing the breath to become a bridge between what has been held inside and what is ready to move. Breath as medicine. Breath as permission. Breath as a return to the intelligence of your body.
This is a space for empathy over advice, curiosity over judgement, your intuition over anyone else's answers.

Tea and treats will be free-flowing, and we'll close our time together with a shared meal of nourishing and nutritious home-cooked food (made with love by Olivia!)

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and honour with love and reverence your mind, body and spirit.

By creating space for deep self-reflection and embodied self-care, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed, restored right down to your soul and bones, and a quieter, calmer, more peaceful mind.

What is Breathwork?

Transformational Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is a somatic healing practise with the capacity to move and transform stuck emotional energy.

  • Helps to bypass our thinking brain and quiets the incessant mind chatter
  • Allows us to drop into the body and the heart
  • Makes space for intuitive messages, ephiphanies and revelations
  • Connects us to our life force energy in a deeply embodied way

When we clear our stuck emotions – all the thwarted experiences of sadness, fear and anger – our brains become more coherent and our nervous systems soothed. We start to feel calmer and clearer, and more able to live with courage, compassion and confidence.

# Breathwork #Leicester #meditation

Olivia is a trauma informed, IFS trained Breathwork Facilitator, Space Holder, Intuitive Guide, Writer and passionate Self-Healer. She believes deeply that we are our own healers, and in the true alchemy of our own breath.

Olivia's journey through, and recovery from, substance addiction, self-harm, depression and developmental trauma has gifted her a unique insight into our wondrous ability as humans to heal ourselves, and an unshakeably solid foundation to hold space for your unfolding with limitless compassion and empathy.

Breathwork is the yellow brick road to the home within yourself. On the other side of the breath is a place of self-discovery, of clarity, of pure love. It is her deepest joy and privilege to share this with you.
