Info: You will arrive at Body Concepts at 8 a.m. Get ready to flow through four stations experiencing interventions that reduce anxiety, boost mood, release endorphins and other "feel good" chemicals, detox lungs, open up breathing, and foster connection with your body. You will be spending time with other like-minded women who will be learning and growing right along with you. We will finish up by 10:15 with a tour to follow for those who want to learn and experience more!
