About this Event
All are welcome to practice cultivating greater tranquility and awareness by attending our weekly dropin sessions, commitment free. We gather together to practice meditating in the classical mindfulness approach - breath and body scan. We also discuss weekly topics in meditation, such as: silence, gratitude, freedom.
We also occasionally host special guest presentations with unique experience in the mindfuless practice!

On Wednesday, August 28th as well as Wednesday, September 4th, we are hosting a special guest, Lou Carcasole – P. Eng., MBA, M. Ed - a mindfulness instructor with over 30 years of experience, and a student of Shinzen Young and Jon Kabat-Zinn. Don't miss this special opportunity to learn from Lou and listen to his great stories!
Open to all ages and levels of meditation experience.
