Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a series of breathing exercises based on Dr. Donald Epstein’s book “The 12 Stages of Healing” and designed to help the brain to reconnect with the body & its experience. SRI offers you new options in your experience of your body and your personal healing. It educates you to your body's rhythms and inner wisdom through focused attention, gentle breath, movement and touch. It allows each individual access to their body’s natural healing rhythms to create a new sense of safety, inner strength, trust, and empowerment for living.

In this class, participants will experience resolution of certain deep seated patterns which have kept us from naturally attracting those opportunities we truly seek in life. Experience a state of profound peace, new possibilities, and a deep connection to the internal world and surroundings. Leave with a renewed sense of lightness, fullness in heart and the ability to connect to life on a whole new level.

What to expect:

•The ability to resolve deep seated patterns within the body-mind and the peace and fullness that accompanies the release of those patterns. •A better understanding of SRI, its purpose, and how to apply each of the exercises in daily living.

What to bring:

•Yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, pen & journal.
