Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a series of breathing exercises based on Dr. Donald Epstein’s book “The 12 Stages of Healing” and designed to help the brain to reconnect with the body & its experience. SRI offers you new options in your experience of your body and your personal healing. It educates you to your body's rhythms and inner wisdom through focused attention, gentle breath, movement and touch. It allows each individual access to their body’s natural healing rhythms to create a new sense of safety, inner strength, trust, and empowerment for living.

In this class, participants will merge with the creative forces of life, transcending the limits, boundaries, language, and judgements of an old “self” anchored in the past. Experience a deeper connection to heart, wholeness, community, and the desire to share your unique gifts with the world at large. Leave with a new found wisdom about your journey and role in the larger circle of life.

What to expect:

•A better understanding of SRI, its purpose, and how to apply each of the exercises in daily living.

What to bring:

•Yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, pen & journal.
