Breath work with GYROKINESIS ®

Come ready to tap into your body's innate way of moving. We will start with breathwork done to specific music to keep us in rythm and challenge our breathing muscles. The next part of the class will be continuous fluid movement to open joints and create a 360° awareness of your body's capabilities. Finally some standing balance work to send you off more open and with a feeling of freedom in your body. No experiance is necessary.
