Breath Work + Sound Bath

Join us for an immersive journey into a world of healing, regenerating and meditative sounds from an array of 30 musical instruments in a space that is designed for introspection. Starting with a half hour of breath work to bring us into a state of calm, we will dive deep into a unique sound experience that pulls from ethnic aspects of the Americas and India. Our instrumentals, ambient sounds and vocals will allow you to have the opportunity to connect with your true self while reiki and aromatherapy will further facilitate your healing journey.
