Breath Weave - Women's Circle

Breathweave is a devotional space where women come together to honour the wisdom of the body, the power of presence, and the breath as a living bridge between what was and what’s becoming. These evenings are a sanctuary for the feminine to be felt, witnessed, and expressed in her many forms.

When we gather in sacredness, we open ourselves to profound transformation. In a shared field of genuine presence, we are invited to soften into vulnerability, express our voice authentically and then embody our deeper understanding and grounding.

Together, we co-create a container where our innate wisdom is witnessed, honoured, and strengthened.

This space is held with deep attunement, integrity, and reverence for the healing journey.

Grounding intentions and sharing opens our space.

Movement medicine nourishes our body and prepares us to receive.

Participants are then invited to rest, fully supported, for a journey - a conscious connected breath practice that welcomes you to open and self-regulate, inviting a rhythmic return to presence, aliveness & flow.

As we soften into the way our body wants to breathe; old stories, suppressed emotions and unconscious patterns begin to move. Expression arises organically: through sound, subtle movement, and spontaneous toning. Consensual intuitive touch is offered, as well as energy medicine.

In this circle, your breath is your medicine, your body is the altar, your prayers welcome and amplified in our collective field.

A safe, sacred space to be seen, felt, and heard
Emotional release and nervous system regulation
Embodied somatic practice that supports your intution

Please Bring:

• A journal & pen
• Water bottle
• Comfortable layers to move and lie down in
• Anything you need to feel cozy & supported (blanket, eye mask, bolster etc.)

No experience necessary. Just come as you are, with a willingness to feel & breathe.
