BREATH + SOUND with Leah Klein

Join us at Crystal Tones from 6:30–7:30 PM for a gentle yet powerful nervous system rebalancing experience. We’ll begin with light, continuous connected breathing at a slightly increased pace to support circulation, balance CO₂/O₂ levels, and gently clear stored tension from the body and emotional centers. From there, we’ll shift into slow, restorative breathwork to ground the system, followed by a Crystal Tones Alchemy Sound Bath to integrate, soothe, and invite harmony through vibration.
Led by Leah Klein — a 500-hour yoga instructor, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, and Yoga Alliance–certified sound practitioner. With over a decade of experience guiding groups, classes, and healing spaces across Salt Lake City and internationally, Leah brings an embodied blend of expertise and pure vibe to every session.”
