Breath + Somatics

Join Kallan, a breathwork and embodiment guide situated in Denver, as we embark on a journey back home to the breath! This style of breathwork is the 3-part intuitive. There will also be an embodiment practice to calibrate our nervous systems to the next version of our higher selves and call in our desires. Bring a friend, meet a friend! Whether new or old to breathwork, all are welcome.

In this 2-hour workshop, Kallan will guide you through a deep healing experience to tap into your inherent power and access the embodiment of your Soul!

We begin with pulling a card from the altar space, diving deep into a guided somatic practice, prompted journaling and sharing, and end with a transformative breathwork session.

We use the medicine of energy work, intention setting, and the power of your breath to facilitate your greatest transformation. You will be completely held and guided through the entire experience so that you may discover the blocks held in your body and be assisted in releasing the energy.

The style of breathwork that Kallan will lead is a 3-part breath: an inhale to the belly, inhale to the chest, and exhale.

Breathwork assists with:

• Unblocking subconscious beliefs and energy

• Releasing trauma and healing stored emotions

• Regulates your nervous system so you can experience clarity and ease

• Connect you to your intuition

• Creating space for your authentic expression so you can live from your Soul

Please meet in Studio 101!

Nurture has yoga mats, bolsters and blankets for you to utilize for your journey. Please bring the following for our time together:

• Journal
• Pen
• Water

• Eye Cover (Optional, but recommended.)

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure time for parking and setting up your space.
