Breathe of the Wild is an invitation to return to your body, your breath, and your belonging. Through grounding meditation and immersive sound healing, we’ll reconnect with the wild within and around us.
This is a space for softening. For remembering. For being.
Join Melissa for a meditation and sound bath experience submerged in the park, beneath the open skies.
Enjoy a 45 minute meditation and sound bath outdoors at Palmer Park in Wyoming, Michigan. Bring something to lay on and enjoy this tranquil time to just be.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you are “bathed” in soothing sound waves and vibrations. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and more, a sound bath helps shift your brainwaves into a calmer state—inviting the body to rest, release tension, and reset the nervous system.
There’s no movement or effort required—just come as you are, lie down or sit comfortably, and allow the sounds to wash over you. It’s a gentle but powerful way to support healing, clarity, emotional release, and deep inner stillness.
