Breath of Bliss Ceremonies are unique breath work experiences that incorporate practices in presence, connection, movement, and sound.
During the 1 hour breathing ceremony that follows these practices.we engage in an open mouth, circular breath that flows like an oscillating motherwave. Altered states of consciousness, deep insights and "windex on the windows of perception" are often experienced.
Please join me for this introductory offering, with a follow up Ceremony on the Winter Solstice (Saturday December 21st) and a 6 week series in the "Sonic Sandbox" a vocal liberation and mystical breath immersion in the new year.
