Surrounded by soft jungle, and peaceful rice fields, this 4-day journey invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to the natural rhythm of your body.
Through forest bathing, yoga, breath medicine, sound therapy, cacao ceremony, herbal steam, ice baths and community circles, you’ll experience deep rest, clarity, and a sense of belonging. Stay in one of Mala Dhara’s cozy earth houses or join the under-the-stars camping experience—นอนเต็นท์ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติ.
