Breath Magic ~ A Chakra Breathwork Journey into Your Own Magic

Join Alana in a magical illuminating and empowering breathwork journey at Energy Awaken Studio.

This practice combines the power of breathwork movement meditation sound energy mindfulness and intention in a ritual container for you to have your own unique experience. 

This evening will begin with an opening to set the ritual container and followed by a demonstration and guidelines for the practice. You will be guided through 3 rounds of breathwork with rest in between each round and a longer rest at the end. The evening will complete with a closing of the sacred space. 

What To Bring:

⁃Something to lay on (mat blanket towel)

⁃Something to sit on (block/pillow) (The studio has some chairs) 

⁃Water

⁃Wear comfortable clothing and bring layers (temperature can change as you practice)

⁃Blanket and pillow (optional)

This specially curated journey syncs the breath with movement to encourage a sense of connection and flow; connection to yourself your body sensations emotions to the world around you to your higher self and to a feeling of something greater (whatever that is for you). 

In the breathwork journeys you will be guided up through each chakra and then back down. There is no need to have prior knowledge of the chakras to do this practice. 

This evening includes music that is louder than you typically experience in meditation to support an environment where you can express yourself which may include breathing louder and making sounds. 

It is an expressive practice; expressing with the breath body movement and sound. You bring your focus and attention to what is already present and happening in the body and allow it to be expressed. The body carries so much wisdom and this practice can support you to get into your body and let that innate wisdom flow. 

The breath is always in motion and you will be encouraged to harness this motion to find where flow is already happening in your body and life and encourage this flow of energy. 

You will be guided to use the breath as an anchor to focus your attention enhance awareness and strengthen presence. This can support you to be connected to what is present for you throughout your practice and tap into our your innate wisdom and body knowing. 

This practice is a combination of breathwork and spiritual practice. Breathwork can allow deep releases and powerful transformation. As awareness is brought to each chakra with breath focus and intention you may open to a feeling of inner trust and reverence experience flow and balance and create space to allow radical acceptance. 

This space is yours to allow and embrace the journey and experience you most need.

Ticket is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person for the same date or with at least 48 hours notice it can be transferred once to the next Breath Magic event.

Alana is a Vita Certified Sex Love & Relationship Coach Yoga Instructor Meditation & Breathwork Facilitator Workshop Presenter Reiki Practitioner and creator of “Breath Magic” workshops & sessions.. Her offerings focus on mindfulness the body and energy practices with a trauma-informed approach. She has been deeply committed to her spiritual path and journey for 15 years.
