About this Event

Breath Made Visible

You’re very welcome to a day of pause and restore on the 22nd of August, allowing all summer has offered to seep in as we transition into autumn, connecting with your inner sense of sunshine through breathwork and somatic expressive arts.

An Expressive Arts Ireland workshop with special guest Purnima, a globally recognised breathwork practitioner.

A day long workshop retreat to restore, connect and awaken our senses.

The day will start gently, landing together with light stretches, exploring colour through a body led creative process deepening our awareness.

We will continue with a Rebirthing process, a Conscious Connected Breathing Therapy led by Purnima.

In the afternoon we will take ample time to integrate the breathwork, further exploring through the arts, alchemizing the experience.

Giving the breath roots, connecting to your innate healing and unique resources.
