Breath in Justice: Health, Race, and Healing in Mind and Body

Join us for a workshop centered around the intersectionality between health, race, and healing with Movement Matters Collective. This workshop will also offer students, staff, and faculty a free yoga lesson to promote mindfulness and different techniques to destress their bodies after a long day of sitting at their desks. This event is open to everyone from no experience in yoga to experts. Yoga mats will be available to borrow, or bring your own. Participants will be able to leave the workshop with a special gift from Movement Matters Collective and feeling revitalized!
