Breathdance is a term for movement practice, inspired by the Butoh, in which theconscious control of breathing is said to influence a person's physical state
and dance exploration. Basic of workshop is a Butoh dance focused on phenomenon of breath. We will explore a variety of unique Butoh exercises constructed by the workshop mentor.

This workshop is open to everybody: professional performers
like actors and dancers and also for those who are not experienced in Butoh or
performing art. There is no age, gender, disability or any other limitation.
We welcome all who are interested in BUTOH and experimental
dance practice.
