BREATH BODY BASS w/Sativa and DJ Billiam

BREATH BODY BASS is a grounded, immersive vinyasa experience led by Sativa and guided by deep, atmospheric electronic music DJ’d live by DJ Billiam. Rooted in fluid strength, somatic awareness, and banging beats – this class is designed to help you drop out of your head and all the way into your body.

Bringing her lifelong love of music festivals, dance, and embodied movement into the Sun Room, Sativa will take you on a journey from stillness and silence, to sweaty flow and deep atmospheric beats, then back to blissed-out rest. The practice is sensory, rhythmic, and deeply grounding – a place to soften, to feel, to reconnect.

All levels welcome. Come as you are.
