Each workshop is designed as a complete stand-alone experience while also serving as the foundation for those who wish to continue exploring the transformative relationship between rhythm and breath. Rather than learning increasingly complicated techniques, we'll return to these timeless practices again and again, allowing them to deepen with each experience.
No experience is necessary. Frame drums and small shakers are provided, and each participant will receive two complimentary small shakers to continue practicing at home.
