Breath Awakens: Sacred Sound of Breath
About this Event
Conscious Connected Breathwork with Live Sacred Instruments
Join us at beautiful Knoyle Hall in Brighton for a special edition of Breath Awakens, guided by Benedict Beaumont, founder of Breathing Space, with live sacred instruments woven throughout the journey by Mathis Richet, breathwork facilitator, musician, and sound therapist.
This 2.5-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork session invites you into a warm, welcoming space to breathe, listen, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
For this gathering, the breathwork journey will be held alongside live music and sacred sound, blending gentle instrumentation with a carefully curated playlist. The sound will support the breath, creating waves of rhythm, melody, and atmosphere as you move through your own inner experience.
Whether you are completely new to breathwork or have been practising for years, you are welcome here. This is a community gathering open to every experience level, identity, and background.
