This evening event will take you on a journey through various heart-opening and empowering activities, including:
? ????? ????????: Begin the evening with the sacred plant medicine of cacao from Guatemala, setting intentions and opening your heart to deeper connections and insights.
? ??????????: Engage in powerful breathing techniques that energize your body, calm your mind, and create a profound sense of inner peace. *Together, we will practice a mix of different breathing techniques and a few rounds of Connected breathwork to activate our cells and boost the immune system.
*We are not going to dive into a deep trauma release session this evening*
? ????? ???????: Bowls, Gongs, and other angelic instruments. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound instruments, which promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and overall well-being.

Katty has been a professional singer/songwriter for over 25 years. She is also a sound therapist and voice coach. She loves to sing from the heart to connect with people, using mantras, medicine songs and her compositions. Often with her fellow musicians in ‘The Moonsong Band’. In 2019 she trained with Sound Healing Bali and has since been a facilitator, giving private and group sessions. Her work has taken her across the globe, as a performer, soundhealer, teacher and retreat facilitator.

Anne de Boer’s journey has been vibrant and diverse, starting with years of joyfully curating festival experiences full of creativity and connection. While she loved the energy and community of the festival world, her travels led her to discover a deeper, more sustainable path through the transformative power of breathwork, meditation, and ceremony. Exploring a rich tapestry of traditions—both ancient and modern—from around the globe, Anne experienced profound personal shifts that reshaped her life. Today, she shares these powerful tools through retreats and workshops, blending creativity with grounded wisdom to help others connect with their divine potential and embrace life fully.
