A journey into breath, sound, and the subtle movements of Light.

Join Wellness Coach, Tanya and Sonic Therapist, Paul Leschak for an immersive session designed to awaken the body’s inner pathways, activate the chakric currents, and offer a final purification of Light as we ascend toward the warmer seasons.

Through rhythmic, embodied breathwork, Tanya will guide participants through the energy centers of the physical and energetic bodies—root to crown—inviting presence, sensitivity, and activation. This class reflects an expansion of her practice beyond the familiar realms of yoga and physical movement, yet are deeply interwoven, exploring the breath as a catalyst for self-realization and energetic coherence.

While the breath carries the inner landscape, Paul will create a symphony of waves through Himalayan metal singing sound bowls. His sound-work—normally shared within intimate healing sessions and now in reaching into local communities—serves as a unique expression of passion and purpose. The bowls speak in harmonics that encourage the nervous system to settle, the subtle body to open, and the Spirit to remember.
