Join me at the beautiful Seven Lion Yard in Clapham for an immersive and transformative afternoon of conscious connected breathwork and sound healing.

An empowering experience of pure presence and deep listening - a place to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Sarah is a yoga teacher, breathwork coach, and sound practitioner, helping people build nervous system resilience through movement, breath, and sound. She supports people has people to reconnect deeply with themselves, and creates safe spaces to rest, release, and transform.

Her approach is gentle yet powerful - weaving science with spirituality to offer immersive, restorative and empowering experiences, which invites a sense of exploration, self-discovery and presence. She guides people toward greater clarity, resilience, inner peace and ease.
