Join Leigh & Bianca from Purposeful Living Healing Center as they lead you with breathwork and soundhealing. We will be working from Bliss and they have 8 hammocks available and great floor space to receive guidance for breathwwork and sound to align chakras, remove ailments, stress and anxiety.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to get yourself centered as the school season begins.
It is also a great time to join in group community and release old beliefs and emotions. Possibly struggles you may be experiencing at the moment.
Breath is such a wonderful way to reconnect to your true self.
Sound is a great medicine to relieve pain, ailments, tension, anxiety and stress.
Space is limited.
Floor tickets are : $38.00
Hammocks (gentle rocking to also relieve stress) $55
Please consider bringing:
Light blanket
Pillow
Yoga mat (floor only)
eye mask (we have some for $22)
Water
Park in the Bliss parking lot. Come up the stairs. Someone will guide you to the space.
