The Breath & Bodywork class will include ancient and intuitive exercises, gentle stretching, and seated meditation to quiet the mind and settle the body.
$ Class Fees $
All Movement Therapy Classes' fees will be waived for the introductory period.
We will gratefully accept donations for the instructors' time and the facility's space of $10.
Reservations Required
Due to the nature of the small class size, we will be requiring all participants to reserve their space.
