Get ready for an unforgettable Halloween experience! Join us on October 28 for a spooky and spirited celebration like no other. Breath & Beats with Tricks and Treats blends yoga, mobility, bodyweight strength, and dance, all set to the vibes of a live DJ!

This unique class will move your body and lift your spirits. Come dressed in your favorite costume, sweat it out, and leave with some special treats.

Katie & Emily will guide you through a fusion of:

• Yoga to ground you in your body
• Mobility exercises for fluid movement
• Bodyweight strength work to build power
• Dance to get your groove on

Our live DJ will be spinning some halloween themed tunes to keep the energy high. There will be an extra prize for best costume.
