You'll be guided through a somatic breathwork journey while Matt creates a warm, cinematic lo-fi soundscape live in real time, so the experience feels deeply personal, intimate, and expansive. This is breathwork like you've never felt it before.
This experience is designed for all levels, whether you're brand new to breathwork or deepening your practice. You'll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at home in yourself.

This experience is carefully crafted to take you on a journey:
- Opening & Grounding – Settle into the space with guided intention setting.
- Guided Breathwork Journey – Shannon will guide you through a trauma-informed, connected breathing technique designed to support release and empowerment. *PLEASE NOTE: We will be using silent disco headphones and stream both Shannon's voice and Matt's music through the headphones.
- Emotional Release & Awakening – Allow your body to process and let go of what no longer serves you.
- Integration – Gentle guidance to reflect, anchor insights, and embody your new sense of self-love and power.
- Closing Reflection – Seal the journey with gratitude, clarity, and empowerment. We will leave extra time for Q&A and also reflective journaling.
- After the session, you will receive a free recording of the live session so you can recreate it at home.

Shannon Rodriguez (Rollins) is a Trauma-Certified Pause Breathwork Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and founder of A Way Forward: Mind-Body Healing & Hypnosis. Her work blends somatic breathwork and subconscious healing to create safe, powerful spaces for deep inner shifts. She believes healing isn't about fixing yourself, it's about remembering who you already are: whole, worthy, and at peace
Matt Duarte is the live musician behind LOFIER, a warm, groove-forward project blending lo-fi textures with live instrumentation. Based in Orlando and a member of both the Recording Academy and the Latin Recording Academy, Matt creates immersive soundscapes that guide listeners into a space of presence and inward exploration.
