You do it all, and you do it well but you are exhausted.
You show up, you perform, you hold it together, you are the one everyone leans on and the one nobody checks on.
You have mastered the art of looking fine while running on empty.
That is not strength, that is shame wearing a productivity mask.
Shame told you that your worth lies in how much you do and how perfectly you do it. So you hustle. You over-deliver. You say yes when you mean no. You shrink your needs so nobody sees how much you actually want. You have gotten so good at performing okayness that you forgot what it feels like to actually be free.
But underneath all of that doing, underneath all of that performing, underneath all of that holding it together, there is a woman who is done.
Done shrinking, done managing, done making herself easier for everyone else to be around.
She is ready to take up space. To move loud, to breathe deep, to remember what it feels like to be in her body without apologizing for it.
Breath & Bass is for her.
This is a full-body activation for women who are ready to stop playing it safe inside their own skin. We will move the shame out through the body and breathe the sovereign woman back in.
Your Guides for the Night
Andreea Tamas is a nervous system coach, breathwork facilitator, and leadership guide based in Austin. She spent three years traveling through Peru, India, Bali, and Thailand, training with shamans, healers, and lineage holders after her partner passed away from stage 4 cancer in 2022. That loss broke her open in a way that became her calling. She trained in breathwork in India and has since facilitated ceremonies for hundreds of people around the world. She is a Rebirth Breathwork Facilitator who does not believe in doing this work halfway.

Kelsey Grace Hall, known as DJ Rozé, creates experiences infused with unconditional love. She has spent eight years in somatic work, shamanic work, and healing arts, and she is a somatic practitioner and full-time facilitator at 40 Years of Zen, one of the most advanced neurofeedback retreat centers in the world. Her sets are not background music. They are guided journeys. She uses movement and sound to liberate women from pain, stuck emotion, and the stories keeping them small. Her mission is to help women access their natural high and remember who they actually are. This is where ceremonial rave meets transformational ritual.

What to Bring
Yoga mat, blanket, or something cozy to cover yourself with
Water bottle
A light snack for after. You will likely be hungry.
Eye mask if you want full darkness during breathwork
Journal and pen
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
Think: you might sweat, you might be on the floor, you might dance like no one is watching. Because no one is judging.
Do not eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before we begin. Let your body be ready to feel.
