Join me for an energizing yoga class where you can connect with your body, breathe deeply, flow through poses, and find your inner peace!About this Event
The classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
They offer a balanced mix of meditation, pranayama (breath work), and a variety of asanas (poses), including both standing, balance and sitting poses.
The space is equipped with air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter, so that you'll always feel comfortable. There are mats and blocks available.
