A gentle Pranayama Yoga breathwork practice paired with crystal bowls and essential oils.
About this Event

This will be an immersive experience where everyone attending will have an opportunity to dive deep into their subconscious through a gentle pranayama yoga breathwork practice while listening to the meditative and shamanic sounds of the crystal bowls and engage in energy work using essential oils and energy healing.

I have felt and seen my angel spirits, ancestors, colors, and various spirit animals come through to support my physical, mental, and emotional healing when engaging in Pranayama Yoga Breathwork both individually and within groups. My headaches have dissipated and mostly disappeared and my physical pain has dissipated, altered, and decreased since I've been using breathwork as a healing practice for 7 years now. As a music therapist for 22 years, I've seen and worked with different people that endure various forms of pain and discomfort. Combining my years of experience as an MT with my personal experience using breathwork, essential oils, yoga, and meditation for my own healing journey, I'm here to pass this on to others.

The life force energy of the prana moves through the spinal channels to the crown ascending to the divine allowing each and every one of us to dive deep into our subconscious and alter those old programs and neural networks. This is activated more so when combined with the sounds of the crystal bowls using different frequencies to enhance our vibrational frequency. Therapeutic-grade essential oils have access to the brain and limbic system within 30 seconds when applied during energy work also enhancing the vibrational frequency and supporting ascension.

Approximate schedule for the event:

  • Introductions/Intentions/Pulling cards - 10:00-10:20 a.m.
  • Breathwork Activation & Soundbath:
  • 3 sets of active breathwork for 7 minutes each
  • 1-2 minutes of Kumbhaka/retention of breath & muscles after each set of breathwork
  • 20 minutes of Savasana
  • Shares - 2-3 minutes each
  • Closing

Bring:

  • yoga mat or two
  • blanket or two
  • eye pillow if you have one or something to cover your eyes
  • bolster or pillow for under your knees
  • extra layers (i.e., socks, sweater/sweatshirt)
  • wear comfortable yoga style clothing
  • water bottle
  • journal/pen if you'd like

Highly Recommended: 24-48 hours before the event

  • no alcohol
  • no caffeine
  • no sugar
  • stop eathing 2 hours before the event
  • eat lite that day
  • stay away from meat (clogs the system)
