This class for couples, taught by and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, is the perfect way to prepare for breastfeeding and feel confident starting out. No matter if you’ve ever breastfed or not, it’s good to go over the basics and be aware of common pitfalls. We discuss those first hectic days, how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk, how dads can help, how to get a breast pump, and more!
Only $20, and you go home with a breastfeeding log for the first week, written materials, and a goodie bag of samples.
