Discussion topics include the importance of breastfeeding, latch and positioning, preventing nipple pain, signs baby is getting enough milk, and collecting and storage of milk. Support person encouraged to attend.
Videos of breastfeeding and hand expression will be shown.
Offered in-person or virtually. Two breasts pumps will be on display for those attending in-person to practice assembling parts and adjust settings.
