In this free two-hour introductory class on breastfeeding and lactation. Angelica Mendaros, IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) will offer information on:
How to position the baby
Frequency and length of feedings
Common breastfeeding concerns
Question and answer sessions will help each family understand reach their individual breastfeeding goals.
Participants are encouraged to bring a partner or support person.
