Breastfeeding 101 provides a general overview of what expectant parents need to know about breastfeeding. Topics covered include benefits for mom and baby; how and when to get help if needed; pumping and feeding; and much more. There are many ways to feed your baby — this class explores different options available for your family.
Please do not come to class if you are ill. If you miss class due to illness, contact us and the instructor will work with you to get the information you missed.
