During this interactive 3-hour session, we will cover:

• The biology of milk and the different phases (colostrum, transitional milk, mature milk)
• What to do hour-by-hour after birth
• What to expect each day during the first 100 hours
• Early hunger cues and how to know baby is getting enough
• Latch basics and breastfeeding positions
• The partner’s role and how to provide effective support
• Paced bottle feeding for combination feeding families
• Common challenges and complications
• When and how to seek professional help
