There will be opportunity for you to discuss your choice of question with Frances prior to the retreat.
Please note: The nature of the retreat requires an intensive schedule - it is full on, but we assure you if you persist it is absolutely worth the effort. For context, you'll be woken at 6am and sessions will go on until around 10.45pm. You'll be asked to put aside all other distractions for the duration of the retreat and commit to the process. If you are after something more relaxed our less intensive Mindfulness Retreats might suit better.

Intensive schedule runs until after lunch on Sunday 21st September.
Optional Integration until Monday 22nd September.
Optional Integration Sunday until Monday at 1pm (participants are encouraged to stay and enjoy the treat of this integration period, celebration dinner and extra nights rest, however if you are unable to do so due to other commitments please let us know - don't let that stop you from booking).

Formal Retreat Schedule Ends after lunch on Sunday.
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (plus hot drinks, fruit & biscuits) are included. Delicious fresh vegetarian food will be provided, for other dietary requirements, please just let us know.
