A 2-Hour Nervous System Reset

Breakthrough Breathwork is a powerful somatic experience that helps regulate your nervous system, release suppressed emotions, and break through mental blocks.

Using intentional breathing techniques paired with immersive music, this guided journey safely leads you into expanded states of awareness and deeper self-connection. Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, emotionally open, and deeply empowered.

If you’re ready to shift old patterns and access your inner clarity, this is your invitation.

Please arrive by 3:50PM to ground into the space before we start.

What to Expect

This is an active, music-supported breathwork journey facilitated in a safe, guided container. You may experience:

• Emotional release

• Tingling sensations or temperature shifts

• Mental clarity

• Deep relaxation afterward

• Expanded awareness

No prior breathwork experience is needed.

How to Prepare

• Arrive 10 minutes early

• Eat a light meal at least 1 hour before

• Avoid caffeine or stimulants for 4 hours prior

• Bring a water bottle

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing

• Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket

• Eye masks will be provided (you’re welcome to bring your own)

You cannot participate in this style of breathwork if you have epilepsy.

If you have any serious medical conditions (including cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, severe mental health conditions, or recent surgeries), please notify Dominique or one of the facilitators before participating.
