A conversation-based workshop and creative charm-making activity where we'll explore topics of self-esteem & body image
About this Event

Join us for a creative workshop where we’ll explore self-esteem, body confidence, and what it means to reconnect with yourself in a world that constantly tells you who to be.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a real, honest conversation. We’ll also create space for your voice through discussion, reflection, and anonymous question sharing.

Together, we’ll unpack:

  • What self-esteem and body confidence actually mean (beyond surface level)
  • How social media, fitness, and beauty standards impact the way we see ourselves
  • How our menstrual cycle can influence our energy, mood, and self-perception—and how to work with it instead of against it
  • How to move with more intention, self-awareness, and care

To close out the experience, we’ll move into a creative charm-making activity, where you’ll design something personal to take with you (a small reminder of what you’re reclaiming and stepping into!)

Spots are limited so secure your ticket soon.

Don't miss this opportunity to connect and learn with other like-minded women while also getting creative.

See you there! 🌸✨

More from

Big Sisters Club is about uplifting the next generation of young women through empowerment by hosting events & workshops, creating a safe space, providing resources & tools, and having real discussions where big sisters and young leaders can reaffirm themselves, thrive, build, connect, and support each other.

We aim to close the gap between loving who we are now and improving to be the best versions of ourselves as we navigate this idea of womanhood.
