Come one come all once again to Breaking Up Christmas here in Hamden, CT. Here's how it works. I'll open the doors at 12 p.m. You can all pile into the house. We'll play fiddle music and hang until it is impossible to play and hang anymore. There are a few bedrooms and plenty of floor space. I'll probably make big vats of chili again, because people keep seeming cool with that. Breakfast in the morning for those who stay over.
You: bring yourselves, your instruments, your friends and family, drinks and snacks if you want. Last year, despite a snowstorm, this thing went for 27 hours and I'm prepared for it to do the same this year. Let's do this.
Perhaps needless to say, this is a pretty darn open invite.
