If you're a new practice operating in the construction industy then public sector frameworks can be a great way to gain new opportunities. This panel discussion hopes to help SME's understand how they can achieve success when bidding.
Public construction frameworks can open doors to exciting projects but for many smaller design practices, they often feel unattainable. This panel will explore how framework procurement processes are structured and managed, what they implement to create a more level playing field and how the weighting is managed to not just favour larger, more established practices.
We’ll discuss practical strategies for demystifying the bidding process, lowering financial and administrative burdens and fostering collaboration between practices of all sizes.
Our speakers will share their experience, successful examples of inclusive frameworks and ideas that could help unlock opportunities for emerging and small-scale design studios and consultants.
The aim of the event is to open a dialogue between SME businesses and frameworks, encouraging us to look at the opportunities for work, marketing and publicity against the investment of time.
