In this practice attendees are guided through a deep Shamanic Journey. Moving through various levels of generational trauma. Starting in the present, establishing a timeline of a specific trauma, guided by our spirit guides to discover the origins of this trauma which is held in our DNA. What is Sacred Ceremonial Cacao?
Consumed in ceremony and ritual, Ceremonial Cacao opens the doorway to a deeper connection to your ancestors and the ancients. It opens the third eye and awakens the spirit being. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Small cup to drink from for the ceremonial cacao
-A blessing for the altar (should you wish to participate)
- Yoga mat, bolsters, blankets etc. whatever you need to make you feel comfortable. Your temperature will drop as we move deeper and deeper into our practices and you may feel cold.
-Water bottle with water to keep you hydrated throughout the session
-A Journal and Pen
