However, the pervasive stigma and historical experiences have led to the phenomenon known as the "bamboo ceiling," where Asian American professionals face barriers to advancement and leadership roles. This workshop is led by Sheng Lee Yang, MSW, LCSW, PMH-C from US 2 Behavioral Health, who has broken through barriers and achieved success.
