Many of our money habits aren't only our own. We pick them up from our family: what our parents said about money, what they worried about, what they sacrificed. Often we carry these patterns without realising it.

This half-day, in-person workshop is a gentle, hands-on way to look at your family's money story and how it may be shaping yours.

NEW TO CONSTELLATIONS? YOU'RE WELCOME HERE.

A systemic constellation is a group method for seeing family patterns from the outside. Instead of only talking about a problem, participants stand in as "representatives" for people or things in a family story, such as a parent, a grandparent, or even "money" itself. Seeing how they relate to each other in the room often makes hidden patterns surprisingly clear. You don't need any experience or belief system to join. It's simply a different way of looking at a familiar question.

You choose how much to take part. You can bring your own money question to work on, stand in as a representative for someone else, or simply observe. Many people find that watching someone else's constellation brings insight into their own life.

IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU'LL:

- Uncover the money beliefs you may have inherited

- Explore feelings like guilt, obligation and family loyalty around money

- Make space for new choices about earning and receiving

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Stacey Lee is the founder of Elemension Wellness Academy, a relationship therapist and systemic constellations facilitator with an MSc in Psychology. She has 10 years of experience in systemic constellations and has supported thousands of individuals and families from around the world.
