As humans, we all have hidden contracts that are keeping us stuck and sabotage our growth and success. Some of these contracts are from our lineage, past lives, submilinal programming from our patriarichal society, or agreements we made with the universe during times of fear and scarcity.

During this workshop I'm going to teach you the tools to uncover your hidden contracts, how to release them, and maintain a daily practice that will continue to protect your energy.

Jane is a Professional Therapist, Intuitive Life Coach, and Mystic, currently residing on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, also known as Vancouver, BC.
