Breaking Free From Modern Bread
About this Event
Breaking Free From Modern Bread
Bread was never meant to be something we fear.
For generations, bread represented nourishment, provision, community, and life. Yet today, many families struggle with bread—bloating, discomfort, confusing ingredients, and the feeling that the only solution is to avoid it altogether.
Breaking Free from Modern Bread is an invitation to take another path.
In this hands-on course, I’ll teach you the gut-friendly bread framework I developed over seven years of research, baking, and real-world experience. Together, we’ll explore freshly milled whole grains, fermentation, intentional ingredients, and traditional principles that can help us rethink what bread can be.
But this course is about more than making a better loaf.
It’s about breaking our dependence on a modern food system that continually removes value from our food and rediscovering the wisdom built into God’s creation. You’ll leave equipped to become a producer in your own home—understanding your ingredients, making bread with purpose, and nourishing the people you love.
My hope is that we don’t simply make bread differently. We want to begin to empower you against a system that wants you sick.
