Breaking Boundaries: Letting Go to Dream Fearlessly with Kyira Wackett

We all live with a narrative in our heads ― one that tells us how things should be and what we should have, do or feel. And when we, or the world, don’t meet these expectations, it can be easy to feel let down or lose sight of our dreams. In this transformative event, we’ll learn from Kyira Wacket, a licensed mental health therapist, speaker and founder of Adversity Rising, LLC, who specializes in helping people find more self-compassionate fulfillment. Kyira will guide us toward creating a more realistic narrative for our lives, improving our ability to notice internal “shoulds,” discern where they come from and loosen their grip. While enjoying brunch favorites from Crescendo Coffee Bar and Grace Coffee, we’ll practice reflective exercises and learn approachable strategies designed especially for dreamers ― learning how to release what’s holding you back and open yourself to new possibilities for your dreams.
