Start the year on a high as we come together to explore how sport can inspire confidence, create opportunity, and bring people together across communities. Expect uplifting conversations, powerful personal stories, and an energising boxing session designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving.

Info: Join Simon Stacks (StacksFit) and coaches from Fight4Change for an engaging panel discussion exploring how sport can inspire confidence, resilience, and positive change. The session will include personal stories and lived experiences from the panel, as well as an open and supportive space for attendees to share their own stories, reflections, and questions. Together, we’ll celebrate the power of sport to connect communities, build understanding, and encourage personal growth.
